Frequently asked questions
One ligand equals one compound scored against one target. If you score the same compound against 3 targets, that counts as 3 ligands. Conformer generation does not multiply the count.
Free and Academic users wait for the next reset period (weekly or monthly). Pro users can continue at the overage rate of $0.15 per 1,000 ligands. Enterprise plans have no limits.
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated billing. Downgrades become effective at the end of your current billing cycle. No cancellation fees.
Register with a .edu email address or provide your ORCID. Known institutions are auto-approved. For others, verification typically takes 1-2 business days.
